Ministerial Experience and Education
I was ordained to the Unitarian Universalist Ministry on September 22, 2013, by First Parish Cambridge UU. I currently serve as Assistant Minister at First Parish in Brookline, Massachusetts, where I received my first renewal towards final fellowship. I received my Masters of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School and will receive the degree of Doctor in Theology in May of 2016. I hold a Law Degree from the City University of New York School of Law, where I completed my clinical practice in Immigrants' Rights. While working in a hospice in 1992, I received my calling to the ministry. My professional work experience has always been connected to social justice. I have been blessed by many opportunities to work with and learn from mothers in prison, people living with HIV/AIDS, immigrants, and survivors of domestic violence.
